The Daytona was envisioned to be the ultimate tool watch and race car driver sidekick but every now and then Rolex one ups us and launches incredible gems, such as this beauty right here. The Daytona featured is a reference 116599 fitted with a stunning dial adorned with diamonds and enriched with blue enamel Roman numerals. All diamonds on the dial are carefully sculpted and aligned, adding an individual character to each watch. The bezel is adorned with 48 baguette-cut diamonds and 12 sapphires. The lugs showcase 48 diamonds balancing the case. The diamonds weigh approximately 4.30 carats in total. Our Daytona is in like new condition, retaining its original factory stickers.
