Patek Philippe Oversize Round "Teardrop Lugs" Cased in Steel on Leather Strap
Produced during the 1940s, their 35mm case diameter was decidedly bigger than other timepieces from the period, and at the same time, more rare considering they were only produced in stainless steel or stainless steel and gold. Total production is probably not more of 20 pieces. This example is in mint condition with raised dial.
